Poison 91 Fleurs offers local delivery and store pickup for handcrafted floral arrangements and custom gifts. All deliveries are made with care to ensure your flowers arrive fresh, on time, and beautifully presented.

📍 Local Delivery (Houston Area)

Delivery Days: Monday – Saturday
Delivery Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: Closed unless otherwise pre-approved for special events or pre-orders.

Please provide accurate delivery details, including recipient name, full address, contact phone number, and any gate or entry instructions. A valid photo ID may be required for high-value orders or secure drop-offs.

🚘 Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM CST, based on availability. Orders placed after 12 PM may be scheduled for the next business day.

Free valet parking available for up to 1 hour. Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

🛑 Missed or Failed Deliveries

We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts due to:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
Recipient unavailability at time of delivery
Refused deliveries

A redelivery fee may apply for rescheduled orders.

We accommodate custom delivery windows and event setup drop-offs when requested in advance. Please contact us directly before placing the order to confirm.

📦 Shipping Outside Houston
