🌸 Return & Refund Policy — Poison 91 Fleurs
Because most of our items are made-to-order and include perishable floral products, all fresh floral arrangements are final sale and non-refundable once they have been prepared, shipped, or delivered.
General Return Policy (Non-Perishable Items)
We have a 30-day return policy for non-perishable, non-custom items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at ireionsmith1992@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛑 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

🚚 Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 2 hours if your item arrives:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect
We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right. For floral products, we require clear photo evidence for any damage claims.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges on perishable items. For non-perishable items, the fastest way to get what you want is to initiate a return and place a new order once your return is accepted.
🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Perishable or custom-made items are excluded.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please email Poison91Fleurs@gmail.com.
